Frightened Rabbit, from Selkirk, released their debut LP Sing The Greys in 2006 on Hits The Fan Records. Since then they've picked up a member or two, toured extensively and would now have to be considered one of Scotland's best 'new' bands alongside the likes of The Twilight Sad, Broken Records, Copy Haho, We Were Promised Jetpacks & Dananananaykroyd.Their second album The Midnight Organ Fight was released on FatCat last year. Both records are well worth investigating. They're like a better Idlewild, or what Snow Patrol might sound like if they weren't shite and had bollocks. There's an acoustic version of the second LP out aswell, also worth a butcher's.
